Additional Appetizer Ideas:

Bacon Cup Salad

Since bacon is one of my favorite food groups, I love this idea! Frying the bacon together to create a bowl to eat your salad out of is such a great idea from Pinterest. You can fill it with any kind of salad and toppings you’d like.

Pear Salad with Bacon, Gorgonzola, and Candied Walnuts
Adding fruit to a salad can add sweetness and unique flavor. The pear and gorgonzola is a popular combination that brings contrast to the bacon and scallions. For salad dressing, balsamic vinaigrette or bleu cheese vinaigrette would taste awesome!
Hors d’oeuvres:

Jalapeno Popper Dip

Jalapeno popper dip is just as yummy as an actual jalapeno popper! To make the crust and crispy topping, all that is needed is bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. The filling is just melted Mexican cheeses and fresh or canned green chilies and jalapenos. Add more than suggested to make increase the spiciness.

Buffalo Chicken Bites
Buffalo chicken bites are an easy appetizer to make! Bleu and sharp cheddar cheese melted with shredded chicken and your choice of buffalo sauce baked together make an awesome game time snack.

Oven Baked Pickle Chips
Oven baked pickle chips are a healthier alternative to normal fried pickles. Take store-bought pickle slices battered with Cajun seasonings and bread crumbs and bake them at 400. Serve with easy homemade ranch recipe that can be found here:

Baked Southwestern Egg Rolls

Southwestern egg rolls is a versatile recipe because you can switch up the ingredients inside. Add either chicken or your own shredded beef and choose the type of salsa. Add corn or beans and wrap with philo dough. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.

Cream Cheese Chicken Chili

Cream cheese chicken chili is a super easy recipe to eat as an appetizer or meal. Shredded chicken, frozen corn, and canned black beans are seasoned with Ranch dressing packet and the added cream cheese makes for a hearty course. Add Paula Deen’s easy cornbread recipe to make a meal out of it!
